Prior to joining St. James’s Place, I spent 5 years working in Private Wealth helping High Net Worth (HNW) clients with both their financial planning and investment planning. Before joining the Private Bank, I spent over 6 years helping retail and business clients with their financial planning needs. Clients I worked with at that time included professionals in the education sector, group executives, start-up entrepreneurs, women in business, vineyard owners, self-employed and retirees. I also had the opportunity to help ‘Significant Investor Visa’ (SIV) clients in Australia with their investment planning strategies. During such time, it has undoubtedly shaped and reaffirmed my holistic approach in working with clients. I proud myself in providing sound and honest advice to my clients.
In China, I work with expat clients to help achieve their long term personal and financial goals, my core areas of expertise are:
- Financial Planning (including retirement) for international citizens from countries such as Australia, Spain, France, Hong Kong, Singapore and Italy
- Education Funding Planning for expatriate families
- Review of existing financial portfolios to identify potential opportunities to facilitate objectives.
- Specialist Insurance
- Estate Planning including facilitation of writing Wills*
I am passionate about giving back to those who are less fortunate. Being able to serve my broader community is very important to me.
Outside of work, I am part of the executive committee for St. James's Place Foundation in China, continuing the hard work that The Foundation has achieved over the last 25 years. I am also an independent advisory committee board member for Xiersen which is a registered charity in China that provides support to disadvantaged children.
In my spare time, I am a pottery creator and have fallen in love with ceramic wheeling. I also enjoy indulging in good wine and food with friends; and spending time with my son who has many creative yet challenging questions for me from time to time.
